TREATMENT APPROACH.

Listen. Assess. Treat. Care Plan.

Our practice adopts a treatment approach that incorporates longer appointment times across the board for all our physio services, to enable our patients sufficient time to discuss their main complaint(s), conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans incorporating manual therapy, exercise rehab & home care.

We maintain both ‘hands on’ manual therapy & exercise rehab go hand in hand. We recognize people have varied fitness and activity levels. We work with varied patients including people with very limited exercise tolerance & capacity, complexity, pain related syndromes & physical impairment through to work related complaints, recreational sports people & competitive athletes & performance artists focussed on injury prevention, maintenance & peak performance.

We encourage active participation in exercise rehab providing our patients with free access to Physiapp. Clients participate in exercise rehab programs prescribed by their physio, which are accessible from multiple electronic devices & locations whether it be the gym, home, work. PhysiApp sends a email to patients with the links to download or print the exercise program. We monitor & track your progress and patients can contact us through the app directly.
